Maggie's Exotic Foods
started in 1994 as Maggie's Exotic Food Supplies, with the aim of making
available by mail order Carribbean, African and other exotic food products to
people in places where it was impossible to get these.
We have slowly evolved from sending
hundreds of curries and spices to as far reaching corners as the Isle of Man
and the US,
to providing outside catering for functions and the services of a personal
chef to individual homes. We tailor our menus to meet individual client
desires, while introducing them to the wide and varied options which we make
available.
Maggie has always been interested
in cooking, with her mother and grandmother passing down their excellent
skills, knowledge and training. She has a background in African, West Indian
as well as traditional English fayre, but can also bring you exciting
cuisines including Mediterranean, Moroccan,
Indian and Italian. She also works with other excellent chefs and people who
are trained in these cuisines.

About Maggie
Maggie is not only an exotic foods' connoisseur, she is also a mother of two great
children, has had experience in catering for those with profound disabilities
and has trained in hospitality management.
